Martin Luther King, Jr. - I Have a Dream


Fifty years ago today, Martin Luther King, Jr. delivered a speech?partly scripted, partly improvised, fully awesome?that has reverberated through the years both as the litmus test by which we can measure the progress of racial equality, as well as the inspiration to keep going when we start to falter.

We have made much progress since then, for sure, but we still have a long way to make Dr. King's dream of judging people, not "by the color of their skin but by the content of their character," come true...
