Bye, bye moon

This won't make any difference to the citizens of Earth now but it might 1,000 years from now if mankind is still around. The fabulous orb some 238,857 miles from Earth is moving away at about 1.5 inches each year. That is about 1/3 of a mile in 1,000 years. And what will happen? Lots of things. The total solar eclipse will cease as we experience it...it won't be "total". The tides will change causing havoc on the ocean shores. Human fecundity cycles [the synodic period of 29-1/2 days] will shrink causing who knows what issues. Seasons will be altered. EGADS...enjoy the moon now.
